Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from? Our packages ship from our warehouses in the US or Asia, depending on the product and your location.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. In rare cases where we're unable to ship to your location, we'll notify you directly.
Is shipping free? Yes. All items on our store ship for free, no matter how many you order.
What about customs? We are not responsible for any customs fees once your order has shipped. By placing an order, you acknowledge that customs charges may apply upon arrival in your country.
Tracking Your Order
Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
My tracking says "No Information Available." It can take 2–5 business days for some carriers to update their tracking systems. If it's been more than 5 business days and there's still no update, reach out to us at support@somnixy.com.
Will my items arrive in one package? Not always. For logistical reasons, items from the same order may ship in separate packages. You won't be charged any extra shipping fees, and all items will arrive within the estimated delivery window.
Orders & Returns
What if I receive the wrong item? If you receive the wrong size, wrong color, or a defective item, contact us and we'll issue a refund right away. You won't need to ship the product back.
Do you offer exchanges? We don't offer direct exchanges. However, if you didn't receive exactly what you expected, contact us at support@somnixy.com and we'll make it right.
