Refund policy

60-Day Return Policy

You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — free from stains, damage, or defects. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@somnixy.com to initiate a return. Once accepted, we'll send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

We do not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for purchasing your own return label and shipping the product back to us.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@somnixy.com so we can make it right.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, your eligibility for a return or refund — including the 60-day trial — will be void. We're committed to resolving issues quickly, so please reach out first.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original item and place a new separate order once the return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-refundable charges include:

  • Shipping fees
  • Shipping protection fees
  • Applicable taxes (GST)
