Order Cancellation
Orders begin processing shortly after placement and cannot be cancelled once processing has started. If you'd like to return your order after it arrives, please contact our support team to begin the return process.
Shipping Options
Priority + Insured Shipping If your order is lost in transit, you'll have the option to receive a reship or a full refund.
Free Shipping / Priority Processing If your order is lost in transit, we will reship your package at no additional cost.
International Shipping
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. If we're unable to ship to your location, we'll reach out to you directly.

Holiday Season: During peak holiday periods, please allow an additional 5–7 business days. We recommend ordering early.
Lost or Missing Packages
Somnixy is not liable for orders lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If the error is on our end, we will reship or refund your order at no charge.
Wrong or Incomplete Address If your package is returned to us due to an address issue, we can arrange a reshipment. A reshipping fee will apply based on your location and carrier. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can find the best solution.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Note that tracking may not always be available with free shipping.
If your tracking shows "No Information Available," please allow 2–5 business days for the system to update. If it's been more than 5 business days with no update, contact us at support@somnixy.com.
Multiple Packages
Items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons.
